The Process
I had never done a professional photo shoot before, so I was a little nervous—especially about how to “pose” or if I’d feel awkward. But Alex made us feel so comfortable and at home right away. The experience felt so natural, like we were just spending time together as usual—only this time, it was beautifully captured.
The photos were beyond stunning. They allowed me to see myself in a whole new light as I navigate this chapter of motherhood. As moms, we’re so often behind the camera, and rarely in the frame with our little ones. These photos are something I’ll cherish forever.

Frequently Asked Questions
You will receive a handful of sneak peek images within 2 weeks of your wedding date. Your entire wedding gallery will be delivered within 12 weeks of your wedding date.
You will be sent a link to a private online gallery of high resolution images where you will be able to download and share your album.
You can expect to receive approximately 60 images per hour of active photography. My goal is always to provide as many images as needed to beautifully and authentically tell the full story of your wedding day.
Once you’ve had a chance to look through this investment guide, we can schedule a phone call or in-person consultation to get to know each other and talk through your vision for the big day. When you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over the contract and invoice. A 30% retainer and signed agreement are required to officially reserve your wedding date. The remaining balance will be due two weeks before your wedding.
When you consider everything that goes into the process - communication, timeline planning, secure image storage and backups, carefully culling through thousands of photos, and editing hundreds more to deliver a polished gallery - wedding photography often adds up to 60+ hours of work. And that’s before factoring in the investment in professional gear, including multiple cameras, lenses, flashes, batteries, and more.
Retainer fees are non-refundable and can be transferred to one (1) new date. Rescheduled weddings will require a new contract at the current rates.
